7:30 a.m appointment for an oil change. Left 8:35. Walk ins were put in front of myself and others with appointments. Once pulled back it took over 30 minutes to do a ten minute oil change. We usually go to skiatook auto lube, which takes less than 10 minutes but, we needed an early appointment. Back fired because of the inefficient operating procedures. This is the only time I have been unhappy with this department.

For a Wal-Mart, I didn't expect the level of service, professionalism and care I received. I had an oil change and 4 new tires installed here. As a matter of policy they have a limited list of things they'll do with your vehicle, so this isn't the place for everything, but they are great at what they do, and you get a smile and a positive attitude on top of it! I definitely recommend them, and their tire prices are nearly unmatched!
Staff is extremely helpful!
