Being someone who travels the country solo for rodeo, I’m always stopping along the way to check my tires, fluids, and make sure everything is in good shape. Yesterday I had an appointment to have my oil changed and tires rotated. The oil got changed then they told me my vehicle was ready. When I went to pay for it there were a lot of people waiting to be helped. One lady was there helping them and then another lady took over her register to help someone else tying her register up. It was a mess. I finally get to pay for my oil change to find out they didn't rotate my tires because they had an appointment come in. But I had an appointment too. The wonderful folks at the London KY Walmart autocare center saved the day for me. The Westchester OH autocare center screwd up and all the oil in my car ended up on I 75 instead of in my engine. The manager at this center runs a great team of motivated and skilled folks who don't make stupid mistakes, they make satisfied customers.
