The wonderful folks at the London KY Walmart autocare center saved the day for me. The Westchester OH autocare center screwdriver up and all the oil in my car ended up on I 75 instead of in my engine. The manager at this center runs a great team of motivated and skilled folks who don't make stupid mistakes, they make satisfied customers.
This place is a joke, I ordered 4 new tires for my truck. 275/60 20s …I had the last appointment of the day and was told it would take an hour to complete. 3hrs later was told it was ready. I get it home and look, they put 275/55s on the front and 275/60s on the rear. Two weeks later I’m back for the correct tires, two hours into a two tire change I’m watching this clown balance my tire. I had to stop him from putting weights on it. Asked them to break them down and remount them. Never again!!
I needed a balding tire changed but the lady running the dept would not sell me one tire, said I had to buy 2 even though there was nothing wrong with the other tire. Angie is her name and she is very rude. The guys doing the actual tire service were great, but thier boss wouldn't let them help me. At this point it's a safety issue...I don't recommend this if you only need one tire. Better be ready to buy two if you go here
Sale ya a bad tire then don't wanna honor their warranty. Tires may be cheap but ud be better served to go somewhere else then deal with the headache caused by their incompetent computer trained "service technicians"
