I know how there can be a negative notoriety to Walmart Auto Care Centers, but this isn't one of them. I ordered some Goodyear tires from Walmart.com as a Black Friday special and walmart.com cancelled my order after rescheduling my installation three times in 2 weeks. I worked with Kim and Tiffany and they both ensured me they would take care of my problem and offer a worthwhile solution. You can’t even get anyone to answer the phone. If they do, they are low on help and can’t help with your vehicle needs. They might even be flat out closed because no one showed up to work.
Completely incompetent incapable of doing a task that literally takes me 5 minutes at home buy tires here to basically do everything yourself the department shouldn't exist if you have to hold their hands to litterally do everything
Went to get my oil changed and they barely even filled it. Had to end up going and buying my own to fill it with. Everyone was super nice and friendly just wish they actually filled my oil …
