I scheduled an appt. Waited 15 minutes, got waited on. They did not show I had a reservation for a new battery. Strike one Asked for price, svc guy says $169. I said I was quoted $149. He said that is for the 4 cyl model, you have a 6 cyl model. I said, yes, thats what I told the guy that answered the phone who qoted me the price. Strike 2 I asked what they could do on the price since they misquoted it. Answer: Nothing, Strike 3 and you are out. Wasted 30 minutes each way and 15 to have a guy approach the car.
