Saturday 27th I came in to ask about a tire rotation and balancing. I was told it is possible to do so the next day, as the employee said they didn't see any appointments. I come in at 7 am sharp and I am told there are appointments and to come back at 11. I arrive at 10:30, I'm told to come back tomorrow because they got rid of my spot in line because I didn't leave my keys. I was never asked for my keys.
I pulled up ask to have tire sensor replaced. Lady said we cant just do that your going to have to go inside and see if we have time. Your going to park right over there. All about the phrasing here. I dont have to do anything.. Had I been asked with courtesy I would have. If Im going to waste my time by seeing if you have time or not might as well go somewhere else.I have been told they dont make appointments for this. I was traveling through Nebraska on I-80 and started rapidly losing pressure in one tire. I called the Walmart Auto Care Center and even though they were done taking customers for the day, Isaiah felt bad for me and let me bring my truck in. It turned out to be a bad valve stem, which they fixed within 30 minutes! They were so nice and so fast at the shop, they saved my trip!
The technician went out of his way to make sure my battery was set and everything was good to keep me going
What a joke this place is. I went in at 13:30 PM to get a tire repaired. There were zero cars in the building. They said they just didn’t have time to do a tire repair today! Really? Zero vehicles and a tire repair takes minimal time. I’ll never come back to this place!
