Very quick and cost effective! They even vacuumed my carpets! Would recommend.
Went to the movies on July 30th at mall by Walmart. Came out and had a very bad flat. Walmart auto would never be my first choice given their reputation but it was the closest to me to get the tire repaired. Waited 2hrs just for the tech to tell me that he found nothing wrong with the tire and just filled it back up and slapped it back on the vehicle. Found this quite concerning as their was obviously a problem but I had already wasted 2hrs of my time there so I just waited till the next morning(tire was flat not suprising) ... read more
Waited 2 hours before I eventually asked just for them to tell me they cancelled it. NO MESSAGE AT ALL!!!! Way to waste people time.
Saturday 27th I came in to ask about a tire rotation and balancing. I was told it is possible to do so the next day, as the employee said they didn't see any appointments. I come in at 7 am sharp and I am told there are appointments and to come back at 11. I arrive at 10:30, I'm told to come back tomorrow because they got rid of my spot in line because I didn't leave my keys. I was never asked for my keys.
I pulled up ask to have tire sensor replaced. Lady said we cant just do that your going to have to go inside and see if we have time. Your going to park right over there. All about the phrasing here. I dont have to do anything.. Had I been asked with courtesy I would have. If Im going to waste my time by seeing if you have time or not might as well go somewhere else.I have been told they dont make appointments for this.
