Honestly, it was a frustrating time. I arrived early for my appointment and I was told that the store did not have the oil filter for my car. I was told I could go buy one. I asked if there was a discount if I did that. I was told $1.50. I was frustrated, but I went autozone and purchased a $10 oil filter. Went back and the oil change was done. When I paid I asked the guy if the discount for the oil filter was on there. He said "they didn't charge you for one". That was odd, but there was a line so I took my receipt and left... read more
Great hands on and quick.
This place sux it took them 40 minutes just to get us checked in for tires, than after an hour of waiting, they called us to let us know they couldnt replace our tires, even doe we informed them at check in the tires were 10mm different in width than the other tires, we lost 2 hours so we could be told "sorry we cant help you, nothing we can do." (How bout teaching employees the policies) Manager STOP WAISTING PEOPLES TIME. Just say no right away and will happily take our business somewhere alse.
Got me in immediately though busy and changed out my dead battery. Crew very polite and professional. Thank you, great service.
