They broke my stud for my lug nut now I can't get my tier off without having to snap it off and replace it
Will have plenty to say, once i locate the missing receipt. Starters though, atrocious customer service at the Sonora Walmart auto center. Well deserved No Star.
When it comes to cost, Walmart Auto Care beat all the other places I've taken our rare, customized VPG-MV1, like Jiffy Lube and Big O Tires. The service attendant was knowledgeable about my unique vehicle, which was a big plus! I also loved that I could shop at Walmart and nearby stores while staying updated on my service through text messages and a scannable barcode on my receipt. Super convenient!
Had a fantastic experience at this location! The shop members were friendly and helped us change our tire in 10 minutes. The prices were very fair and the service was 11/10. They were life savers, and I could not recommend them enough!
Staff is inconsistent. Don't return calls. Seem like they hate their jobs
