I towed in a customer and two Gentleman finally came out to look at the vehicle. The customer was an elderly woman and she requested to have a particular bran of tire put on her vehicle. Jason and Toby tried telling here she couldn’t have this tire because of a rating of the tire. Mind you all the tires were already mixed. The fronts had r rated tires while the rears were s rated. So no one here except one person knows what they are talking about . Ordering tires that fit was an act of congress. If not for jason this place would fall apart because majority of the help here is under qualified or has no work ethic. Jason deserves a raise and made everything 100 times easier consider everyone else here just makes simple tasks seem like rocket science.
