Came in at 430 for an oil change. They don’t close until 7. Was told they could not take any walkins. After confirming over the phone it would be an hour and half wait, we were ok with it. We get there and got turned away.
God awful. Took three rims and tires in alone. Took almost four hours. The system apparently went down so the entire staff got a two hour cigarette break. Apparently you cant mount tires if the computer doesn't work.
I must say that the experience I had today with the guys in the tire center was amazingly great! The blonde hair guy(wish I got his name) he was so professional and took the time to explain the damage to my tire and why it was damaged not only that he took a picture to show me the inside of the tire which was terrible. The guy at the checkout in the tire department was also very nice .Made my day to be treated kind and important.Thank you for being so nice and making my day a little brighter! If I could give Walmart Tire & Lube Center zero stars, I would. They have screwed me out of over $1,000 dollars over the last few months, mine and my children's safety was at risk, etc. I have been hung up one, cursed, AND MY CAR WAS LEFT IN THE PARKING LOT WITH THE WINDOWS DOWN. I have tried to contact their manager and the store manager, as well as corporate. No resolve. They "close early" all the time. The staff no shows. They lie. THEY HAVE CHARGED ME FOR THINGS THAT ARE NOT REPAIRED.
