Could of been better. Was trying to pay with my phone using the Walmart app, and the automotive person had no clue how to set it up. Had to walk to customer service 4 times to finally get someone to walk back to the auto to figure it out in 10 seconds
Terrible quality of work. I bought 4 new tires and had them put them on. A year later I go to rotate the tires. At that time I found out several of the lug nuts were put on incorrectly and had stripped the threading off of the studs and ruined them. Never trust them with your vehicle.
Would not answer the phone
I was an hour away from home when a piece of metal underneath my car came loose and was dragging the highway. The closest town was Stillwater. I stopped here and the service manager took my car right in and secured it so I could safely get home. I took it to the dealership the next day and they said he did such a good job securing it that it was not going anywhere. I greatly appreciate his kindness and help.
