I've had multiple bad experiences here and in from out of town. On my way through town to North Carolina I had a leaky stem valve that they told me I would have to wait for 3 hours before they could look at it. A local shop was able to tighten the valve core in less than 2 minutes. This ship has also broken a lug post and was unable to repair it. Don't go to this location, they don't understand how to treat a customer.
Got four new tires in August and here it is not even Thanksgiving yet and I’ve had to have 3 of the valve stems replaced. Costing me $60 when I paid $15 a tire for a total of $60 for “professional” installation. I will never get tires or any auto service at Walmart ever again. The cherry on top is them telling me today after waiting two hours for this valve stems replacement is that sometimes they run out of them and maybe they didn’t replace them when they installed the tires. I’m pretty sure this location scammed me. I was missing things from my car (specifically my spare set of keys, i cleaned my car not even 5 minutes before my appointment so i know what was in here and exactly where everything was) i went and asked them about it but of course they had no clue, then i noticed they only put on half of my new windshield wipers so I’ll have to pay to get that redone! Lazy Went around the back to buy a battery and was told I had to come through the front. Went through front and bought the battery and ask about bringing the core to the back, (it was for a different car) and she told me I had to bring it back in 24 to 48 hours? Brought the battery core back a couple days later, when I pulled around to the back parking lot I ask the guy back there if he could help me carry it in.
