Tire changed within an hour
I can't say enough good things about the team at Walmart Auto Care Center. On Memorial Day, I got a flat tire about three hours into an eight-hour drive home with my two young kids in the car. After putting on the donut, I made it to the Walmart Auto Center at 6:55 PM—just five minutes before closing. I told them I completely understood if they couldn't get to me that evening and that I would happily make an appointment for first thing the next morning. Instead, they went above and beyond. I've had multiple bad experiences here and in from out of town. On my way through town to North Carolina I had a leaky stem valve that they told me I would have to wait for 3 hours before they could look at it. A local shop was able to tighten the valve core in less than 2 minutes. This ship has also broken a lug post and was unable to repair it. Don't go to this location, they don't understand how to treat a customer.
Got four new tires in August and here it is not even Thanksgiving yet and I’ve had to have 3 of the valve stems replaced. Costing me $60 when I paid $15 a tire for a total of $60 for “professional” installation. I will never get tires or any auto service at Walmart ever again. The cherry on top is them telling me today after waiting two hours for this valve stems replacement is that sometimes they run out of them and maybe they didn’t replace them when they installed the tires.
