Good timely tire purchase.
Took Jeep in for 4 new tires. They broke my center wheel Jeep emblem. And stripped bolts on both my driver side tires then after 3 hours waiting tells me they can’t get my tires off. 5 minutes down the ride and 45 minutes later with a broke Jeep center piece, professionals replaced all 4 tires.
Terrible experience
Came in for an oil change and tire rotation/balance. Oil change took 2.5 hours. Tire rotation/balance never completed. No explanation to why the tires were not done while the car sat still at the lift for a hour. Will not use their service again.
Came forty minutes before closing and they didn’t even acknowledge I was there. I had to go inside and find an employee to be told they would not work on my vehicle.
