They did just about everything they could to get me to just give up and leave. Terrible ..they should be ashamed. I made up my mind I was not going to leave, no matter what and finally after 4 hours I was able to get the 4 tires but I won't be back and I'm telling my story to save you the trouble. Poor customer service. I had an appointment for an oil change and none of the employees acknowledged me. I waited for 30 minutes and left. I would not recommend going here for car service.
This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I needed an oil change and all 4 tires replaced on my Honda civic. I dropped it off and came to pick it up around 3 hours later. When I was driving on the highway to work the next day my skid plate completely fell off from them not screwing it in correctly after doing my oil change. I came back to get it fixed and the manager told me they didn’t have the right screws in stock and I need to go buy them. 30 minutes to change and balance all 4 of my tires, quite impressive! I know it could take longer depending on how many are ahead of you, but I’ve always had a good experience getting tires here. I like being able to order tires online and having them shipped to store for install. I see where others have had issues but I think the techs are skilled and do a good job. The balance is always great and no tire pressure errors.
Make sure their techs understand you start lug nuts by hand then use the impact! 4 out of 5 lugs cross treaded on the driver side of my wife's vehicle and haven't even gotten to the passenger side! Crackheads could do a better job! If I had funds for a lawyer we be seeing each other in court.
