Went out of their way to try to fix a tire one day, and advised me extra ways to fix it. And when that didn't work completely met my budget I squished me in when they didn't have any time on the schedule still, I couldn't believe the amount of care and effort to get my problems fixed. Went there to get a tire checked, because of losing air. Went inside to see if it could be looked at. Was told by a lady there was a 2 hour wait time. Decided not to wait that long, just went to do some shopping. Eric came in about 10 minutes by me in the store and said we could get it done now to come back. Went back, same lady said same thing , 2 hour wait. After shopping, had to go thru the auto center to get car. Eric seen us and looked at us to see how come we didn't come back. Complete garbage! I told them I had a bad tie rod but put new tires on anyway. They agreed but cancelled after waiting hours. I don’t know why they weren’t up front from the start. The tie rod wasn’t even that bad. Then another incident with another vehicle. They would not put new tires on my car because they claimed a hole was in the frame. It was a rust spot.
