Walmart oil change has always done a good fantastic job. However at Escanaba I had to return for them to reinstall the underbody cover since I had 300 mile drive during the snow storm. They did not install it properly again and it got torn up. I just want another cover that is all. I’m not asking for freebies I just want back what they broke.
They fit in last minute for a tire repair and it was my saving grace!! Amazing service!!!
I was always told that they don’t do appointments in fact I called a year or so back to make an appointment and was told it’s walk in. Come in today and they tell me I need an appointment and that it’s over a week out? So what is the actual policy now? Or is it just what you feel like doing the guy next to me was a walk in and he was accepted.
