I have always been grateful. the people in Walmart auto have always been awesome for me.
I purchased new tires and purchased all of the warranties under the impression it was for as long as I owned my vehicle....I recently had triple bypass surgery.and was place in a nursing home for rehabilitation.my fiance has been driving my car and took it for the oil change and tire rotation at the valparaiso indiana wal mart....and 2 times they refused to rotate the tires saying too many miles on them when I purchased a lifetime warranty as long as I own the vehicle....I think it's horrible since she is a female they are t... read more
Automotive department employees at Valparaiso location are extremely polite & informed in their area of operations. You may have quite a long wait before you can get assistance but when you do it is great. Highly recommended
