I did not get a service at this Wal-Mart today as when I walked in and explained my issue to the nice lady at the register, a mechanic immediately told me that he couldn't help me. Even when I explained I have a day of traveling ahead. He said I'd be waiting 3 hours before the car got seen. Then when the lady at the register asked about a donut he walked out. I have always been grateful. the people in Walmart auto have always been awesome for me.
I purchased new tires and purchased all of the warranties under the impression it was for as long as I owned my vehicle....I recently had triple bypass surgery.and was place in a nursing home for rehabilitation.my fiance has been driving my car and took it for the oil change and tire rotation at the valparaiso indiana wal mart....and 2 times they refused to rotate the tires saying too many miles on them when I purchased a lifetime warranty as long as I own the vehicle....I think it's horrible since she is a female they are t... read more
