Felt unwelcoming. Had an appointment at 4pm left at 7pm for an oil change. The gentleman that checked me in was very rude. No communication via texting or calling that my vehicle was ready.
Canceled my appoitment because they didnt order my tires. Also, they didnt even call and TELL me my appoitment was canceled. Luckily I found out before I got there driving on a flat tire!
Nice service! They helped us to fix the flat tire.
This place needs new management the employees are rude inside and outside. I showed up at 2pm for oil change they close at 7pm. They said they are too busy and my oil change won't get done today. What a joke, this used to be first come first serve. Staff needs serious training F .
