If you need to buy a tire. You have to be your own sales man, make sure you get warranty info, and get Walmart to have a tech do the install (hopefully there is a tech available) just in case be prep to do it your self in the parking lot. Bare minimum work ethic and zero customer service. Walmart lost a couple billion and now WE the honest customer are paying for it
Terrible service, ive been waiting for over an hour for just a simple oil change. I also asked if they could replace my air filter and i saw the tech take out my old one, look at it and just put it back in. This is completly unacceptable.
Poor management, needs new manager. Walmart oil changes have always been first come first serve! Not at this Walmart they made their own policy. Will be reporting to corporate. I showed up at 3pm for an oil change and they said they didn't have time? This place closes at 7pm. Incompetent employees, very rude.
Felt unwelcoming. Had an appointment at 4pm left at 7pm for an oil change. The gentleman that checked me in was very rude. No communication via texting or calling that my vehicle was ready.
