Horrible! Scheduled two appointments for both my trucks to get an oil change at 1230 and 130. First my Ram 1500 they canceled because their system doesn’t allow them to pick a V8 in every single trim supposedly. Even though I have had them pull it up and do it before. Then my F150 was past its appointment time and couldn’t even get to it on time or just put it in the earlier slot my Ram was scheduled for. They were busy and seemed like they were just trying to lose business so they didn’t have to work as hard.
Took the time to explain what was going on with my tire And felt very well taken care of
