Mediocre in every way, unable to lift smaller trucks to employees not verifying policies before appointments are set.
Absolutely terrible service . Definitely do not recommend at all. I took my car there a few months ago had an actual appointment and still had to wait four hours. So today May 15th my husband needed one tire on his truck he decided to give them another chance because no other place was available and the tire he had on the truck was bad . He waited two hours only to be told that they can't get a jack under his truck and couldn't put a tire on the truck . He has a sport trac and the truck isn't lowered or anything. Worst customer service I have ever received I have never had any problems with Walmart but this location terrible.
Not really sure the purpose of appointments. I had an 8:00 appointment three cars came in after I did for oil changes wipers and everything they were done and out I was still waiting at 9:30 for my car to be done just to have tires put on and nothing else .
I had a slow leak on my tire while on a weekend trip to Cedine Bible Ministries. I stopped here and they had me in and out in less than 45 minutes. Robby and Adam did a great job!
