If I could put 0 stars I would. First time going to this Walmart service center, I will never go back here. I had my partner take in a set of wheels and tires in the bed of my truck in just to have the tires mounted, pretty simple task. Took her 4 times and having the guy come out to the truck for them to understand what we needed done, a little irritating but they were busy and I could see it being a little confusing since it isn’t there norm. Bought new set of tires. They never balanced properly. The workers were awesome and tried to make it right. Had to return tires and buy a different set. Top notch workers at uniontown auto center!
Told us that our tire change would be an hour and a half. We do our shopping for a hour and a half and then they tell us it would be another hour. Unprofessional to say the least
The other day was my first time coming here. I just needed a windowshield wiper.. I had to wait a little bit. They were a little busy, but I can understand that. The guy came out outside and put it on my car. I did not even have to pull in the garage. And that was very nice of him to do that.
Phone is never answered in Auto Dept.
