These guys will rip you off. They will tell you that a full synthetic oil change will only go up to 3000 miles while the Siler City location will tell you 6000 miles they are crooked. I WILL NEVER go to the auto care center in Asheboro again buyers beware
They supposed be open til 7 I come for a inspection and it was close at 4 pm
Sign says 7am-7pm, on Google says 7am-7pm. Tried calling multiple times with no answer, came by and they are closed. No sign as to why. Seems pretty unprofessional
Dan was a great help. However, the tire center wasn’t open on time. Very disappointed that had to wait for another person to come in to give service. This is ridiculous. For how many people work in that store to not have the tire center open on time. Management needs to rethink the opening policy.
Had a appt at 7am to pick up my tires and install them. Got there and no one there only one guy outside smoking saying “wait until they open” mind you it was 7:10 like what do you mean wait? Didn’t open till 7:20 and me and another guy were waiting he attended him first and when I attempted to ask if I was gonna get attended because he ignored me after helping the other man he said “he got here first so you have to wait” mind you we both got there at the same time and were waiting outside together since 7am.
