I had an appointment for an oil change 4/17 got me in at a decent time . my appointment was for 3:30 I didn’t get I text they didn’t start it until 3:50 not a big deal at all guy that checked my car was nice and fast . Came in at about 230 today for a flat repair (leaking valve stem) as a walk in. The employee at the counter said he had no time to get me in due to only having a single tech after 3 and multiple appointments ahead that filled the day solid. There were very few cars in the lot but a short line at the counter for customers checking out. Not the only time I've had poor customer service at this store. Came in with a wheel that needed a tire swapped out on it. Was told within the hour it would be done after an hour and 20 minutes of waiting went to get an update. They hadn't even touched the tire from where I set it down for them and was then told another hour. Worst experience with tire care ever. 12/10 do not recommend!
Called to ask if they could put a battery in that I purchase from there. He was very rude said they had appointments and it would be awhile. I asked if I could make and appointment for today or tmro and he said NO they don't take appointments for a battery. Not helpful at all not friendly at all
Phone rang for a good 30-40 seconds. Once someone answered I asked about an oil change, they hung up instantly after my sentence. I said hello and they responded back so I know they could hear me.
