Have had oil changed at this store several times on two of our vehicles. Never any issue UNTIL yesterday. Scheduled a 12:30 appointment three days ahead of time. Dropped the car off at 10:30 and checked it in. At 12:30 nothing, at 1:00 I asked the guy what is the eta on my oil change. He said they were running behind, I told him I need to have my car by 1:30, he stated "that may or may not happen". I went back at 1:25, asked a different guy about it. We travel full time and have been to Walmart auto centers all over the country. We had an appt for an oil change on 9/25, got there at 4pm and requested a tire rotation as well (you can't schedule one online). They close at 7 and the employee said he couldn't do the tire rotation because it would take too long...as he's telling me this I'm looking at the website and was able to schedule a 4 tire installation which takes alot longer. Had an oill change scheduled at 5:30 and they didn't start working on my car until 6:40, because they were working on someones tires??? What's the point in an appointment if they're going to be working on other vehicles first and rushing me back
Jacob was absolutely hands down amazing! So very thankful for his prompt and kind service. So very helpful, knowledgeable and one of a kind customer service!!! In the past service had been lacking at both super centers I had been to, but Jacob has restored my faith and business! In this company!
