Sat on hold for 45 mins just for them to tell me they only have 2 of the 4 tires I need for my tire appointment that i made a week and a half ago. I was told I was not allowed to pre pay for the tires when i made the appointment. He also claimed he had no way to look up what tires would work for my vehicle so I had to do it myself. I'm not even sure these workers know where they are at.
I am currently sitting on hold, for the second time, trying to take maybe 2 minutes to cancel an appointment, and both calls are about to reach a total of 50 minutes on hold. Wtf? I get being busy but at least remember you have a customer on the line. I'm being courteous enough to cancel my appointment so you can fill it and make money, at least take the time to hear it
