Thanks yall for fixing my flat tire!
I came in to get my oil change on January 4th. I've gone to this location almost exclusively for oil changes. Usually they are pretty quick, customer service is lacking but not enough that I ever felt to write a review about it. Today was different, I showed up early for the appointment just as requested, I waited 15 minutes for somebody to help me, three different techs walk past me and didn't even acknowledge my existence. Came in to get some new tires installed, have had had incompetence issues with the Monticello location in years past, but thought maybe they ironed things out….not so much, desk person was quite rude and seemed like he hated his job, not helpful in the least. Ended up going to Buffalo WM tire center, night and day difference in customer service. For anyone in this area, don’t waste your time with the Monticello location.
Obviously this place doesnt care how they treat their customers, so when you see all the bad reviews, listen to them! Ordered 4 tires, one was accidentally canceled so we had to push back the date to get new tire(wasn't a big deal, annoying, but no biggie). Then the day of my NEW appointment comes and these people are ill prepared, it isnt even funny. They cant find our tires and apparently one tire shipped to the store and the other three are just missing......so went all the way to the store just to have nothing done. They... read more
I ordered $1100 tires from them and made an appointment, I went to my appointment and they made me a walk in because I was late (which is fair). The receptionist was very nice but the mechanics had me wait for two hours to let me know they don’t have the tools to take out my old tires and I could either return the tires or keep them. I kept them and asked if they can at least fill up my bad tire with air because I have a long drive home and they said no because they don’t have time.
