Not reliable. My husband brought his car in to get three tires replaced. Customer service on the phone was TERRIBLE. Once he came in person, they set up an appointment and replaced the tires. We come to pick it up, paid and luckily we looked at the car and realized a lug nut was missing. We went back in and the guy said “oh yeah I forgot to tell you we broke it and we don’t do that here”. Now, headed to Firestone to hopefully get this replaced. Do not go here.
Was refused service from a booked appointment. They only had two of the four tires. Desperately needed the two tires replaced. Was unhelpful and rude.
The guys at the tire center have always done. Great work been friendly and knowledgeable. They have never failed me yet. Thanks for the good work guys.

Amazing experience mostly due to price, but employees were very good. $28.99 for a Tire Pressure sensor with Programming for FREE. Other places wanted $150-200. Go to Walmart for TPS! You also get your wheel re-balanced!
