I’m not even sure where to start. I have been going to this Walmart auto care center for years and I’ve always been happy with my service. The last two times, however were probably the worst service I have ever received anywhere. Adam at the customer service counter in automotive is extremely rude and extremely pushy not only to customers, but to his fellow associates. Adam in auto is the best!
The actual work on the car has always been good and the prices were good as well. A consistent problem is getting help at the counter. You can walk up and see the mechanics working away but you will wait a long time to get anyone to help at the service desk. Recently, after waiting a long time for help, I had to walk to the other end of the store to have a staff member page someone to come to the automotive department to help the queue of customers..... Best make an appointment. I got here at 8 am with no cars In bays and employees standing around in shop. 1.5 hours later, my car still hadn't been worked on
