They cannot balance stock wheels on a ram dually. They only realized this after the pulled off old tire and weights. New tires looking good in the bed of the truck i guess. (Tires purchased from walmart). They should have offered a discount on the tires since where ever I get them installed wont offer the road hazard.
Go here if you want a lazy worker named Zoey to look at you with annoyance for just wanting her to do her job while middle aged men hit on her and play 21 questions with her. Go to Tire Discounters if you want a better price, down to earth people, and prompt service. Told me it'd be next day, tire hasn't even shipped and they can't refund me until it arrives.
i went to have my battery replaced & not only did they get it done within an hour, their employee zoey working the front desk went above & beyond to help me get everything sorted out! thank you so much zoey, i will be paying your act of kindness forward today!
Walmart Auto Care in Richmond is awful. In the past month they have wasted so much of my family's time. I had a tire that needed replaced and made an appointment for 7am. I was there at 6:50am. No one showed up to open the doors until 7:20am. People were lined up and upset. Don't make an appointment if you can't honor your appointment time. Just because your employees don't want to show up for work on time doesn't mean your customers have the same integrity.
