Do not go here unless you want to waste 3 hours of your time. Made an appointment for a regular oil change at 12:30, and got out around 2:50. They didn’t even start service on my car until about an hour after checking in, and I suspect only because I called to see if it was almost done. Lon was great and extremely helpful and kind, but the other employees were pretty apathetic and unhelpful. I was not informed that there would be a wait, especially not 3 hours. I ordered tires and scheduled an appointment online. My appointment was canceled via text. I called and spoke to an associate that was going to follow up and confirm my tires were delivered. Never received a follow up call and spent an hour trying to get someone to pick up the phone when I called to follow up. When I finally reached someone they told me that my tires had arrived.
