Tires sold to me as fitting my car from Walmart them selves, took them over an hour to tell me that they could not put tires on my car since the treads didn’t match the originals. Literally incompetent.

Walked in early Saturday morning with a flat tire. They refused to help me because I didn't have an appointment. The next available one was on Wednesday.

I've never been to an auto department where the service was so slow. There were 3 workers standing behind the desk with 0 of them doing any work. There were 4 people In line and I'm honestly baffled at the lack of service.

Bought 2 new tires...shipped to Pekin Walmart for installation on Saturday at 11am. 9 am text message saying appointment canceled. Called store. Tires were there. Come in for your 11oclock appointment. Came in said 2 hour wait. Even though we had an APPOINTMENT. When tires were put on, they said payment had been canceled. (LIE) Was on my Credit card. Terrible service. For one no one will answer the phone if you call so don't bother. If they do happen to answer, they're rude. For two, they said I could come in to fix a flat before 5. Showed up at 4 , parked right outside. Waited in there for 40 minutes and no one came inside to assist. They then have a door that locks you out so you can't get back outside close to where your car is.
