Slow slow slow. Spent 3 hrs having 2 tires changed! Will never come here agian.
Had two vehicles in one day to get tires put on. The first had an appointment time of 8am and didn’t start on it until 10am them finished just after 11am. Second went in with an appointment time 3pm got right in and done in 2 hours. Drove 15 min away and found one of my center hubcaps had fallen off somewhere in between. My wife got an oil change and when she got home I checked oil only to find out it didn’t even read on the dipstick. I had towed to my mechanic and there was only 2.9 quarts of oil in it. Mechanic verified no leaks so Walmart just didn’t add the correct amount. When I called Walmart, they told me there was nothing they can do. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!
Tires sold to me as fitting my car from Walmart them selves, took them over an hour to tell me that they could not put tires on my car since the treads didn’t match the originals. Literally incompetent.
Walked in early Saturday morning with a flat tire. They refused to help me because I didn't have an appointment. The next available one was on Wednesday.
