As someone who worked for Walmart. Take your cars somewhere else . They cut corners and take forever for something that should take 20 minutes
Pésimo servicio, la atención es pésima
Don’t waists your time here this place is a joke. They literally leave you in your car telling you to wait with no one in front of you for 30+ minutes. Just for you to get out of your car and ask “are you guys going to change my 2 tires?” Just for them to say “sorry my manager told me we’re only doing appointments today.” Meanwhile there’s no car’s being serviced. It’s apparent they don’t care because Walmart makes enough money for them to be able to discard their customers!
Blew a tire on 528 a week and a half ago and went to Walmart that day to have it replaced and if all 4 needed replacing my mom and I were willing to have them all changed. The tech was rude and said it would be 2 hours and then recommended we go to Firestone Tires. Will never use the auto care center again. Clearly they don't care and even sent us to a competitor.
Just want to say the only good employee is Jason he was helpful and worked with a since of urgency. Keith seems to move at a turtle pace. Michael did a good job too!
