What a surprising experience! I have used another Walmart tire center for a few tire installations, but this one is, by far, one of the best out there. Went in for an appointment, took my vehicle in right away, and in one hour my tires were on my vehicle. You wait at least 3 hours for even the smallest transaction
I received bad service. Everyone here is doing things very slowly, almost an hour to change two tires. They should change the manager and her staff.
Slow as can b. It's 7:20am and I think they still haven't counted the drawer w/a line of customers waiting. A little 2 much "take it easy baby!" happening around here.
I took my car to Walmart for an oil change, and it turned into a nightmare. After their service, my car leaked oil everywhere, creating a huge mess and putting my engine at risk. When I went back for help, they refused to take responsibility and blamed me instead. No refund, no fix, nothing. Do yourself a favor and avoid their auto service—completely unprofessional.
