I took my car to Walmart for an oil change, and it turned into a nightmare. After their service, my car leaked oil everywhere, creating a huge mess and putting my engine at risk. When I went back for help, they refused to take responsibility and blamed me instead. No refund, no fix, nothing. Do yourself a favor and avoid their auto service—completely unprofessional.
What a mess of a place. I had an appointment for 7am, which is when they are supposed to open. The place opened at 7:37am. The guy that actually did the work was nice, inichy but the rest were horrible. Linda at the desk was super rude. Don’t go to this place. Inichy, you should go work to another spot.
Horrible service and incompetent workers. Worked on wrong tire. Couldn't find leak. When car clearly tell you which tire is low. Worker yelled at me. Saying he checked the right tire but directed the inside auto manager to driver front tire when it was pass front tire. Rude. Dont wait a week for this service. NOT WORTH IT!!
