Not very efficient at all. The slowest Walmart oil change experience on the planet is in South Florida. They only work on one vehicle at a time and it takes forever while the employees wander around the bay aimlessly as your vehicle sits there waiting and nothing gets done. Meanwhile there's another bay full of equipment to do the job but management doesn't schedule the employees to perform the functions. Horrible customer service! The girl at the register is ALWAYS so nasty and rude. ALWAYS has a nasty face on. Never smiles and is never friendly. Honestly it’s absolutely ridiculous. She even walks away from you as you’re saying excuse me and she is hearing you. And the time frame they give people is never by any means close to the time frame it would be.
I bought defective tires from Walmart. Took 3 trips before a "team leader" wd ride w me to hear the roar, which he confirmed. He recommended another set of tires which he told me I would have to buy and then when they were installed I would get a refund for those tires and the price difference between my original tires. Let's just say that was easier said than done. Initially the refund offered wd have left me saying nearly double for a less expensive set if tires. Worst service ever. Technicians are lazy as hell. 2.5 hours to change four tires. Saw the technician moving like a sloth l. Management of this place needs to change to include new technicians that are dedicated to work. Too many people in the service bays doing nothing .... This place is a joke.
