Worst place ever! They are never prepared they dont care and will waste your time I promise you. Made an appointment almost 2 weeks in advance for an oil change just for me to get there and For them to go and say " oh forgot to call you, we dont have a filter for your car can't do it " no apologize no try to replace schedule that was it. And prior to that went in a mechanic was missing tools and was like well if you buy the tools for me to lose you can return them after . ..... this place is the freaking worst

My experience at the Belvedere Rd, West Palm Beach, FL location was pitiful. I had a 10 am appointment to change only 1 tire. It took about 2.5 hours, due to incompetency, indifference and laziness. All the employees moved in slow motion and talked constantly among themselves. The administrator who handled the paperwork was a total slob and could not have been more rude. Unfortunately I had fully prepaid for the tire and installation, or I would have gone elsewhere. This place is misery! Stay away! Far away!
Do not use their auto center. Totally out of control and unmanaged.
It took then two hours to do a mediocre oil change. They ask you to arrive early if possible, the earlier you arrive the longer they are going to take
