Dennis was very kind. My boyfriend has a dead battery and he took the time out of his day to help. He took out two different jumper cables at different times and we couldn’t get it going. Throughout the whole process he was kind, and helpful. He’s going to install the battery for us. Thank you Dennis!
Worst service center ever. Spent almost an hour parked behind a car waiting to get an oil change in a lane that wasn’t even functional. Second almost an hour later, nobody even comes out to check cars in. During the time that I was there, they did one oil change in an hour, and there was no one around to speak to. I tried calling the phone number and no one ever even picked up never going back there again! Shame on you guys.
Edner, Jud and the gentleman working the auto service desk(I believe his name was mohammed) yesterday were an amazing help. They went above and beyond provideing customer service and truly helped me out a bunch. Thanks alot!
Not very efficient at all. The slowest Walmart oil change experience on the planet is in South Florida. They only work on one vehicle at a time and it takes forever while the employees wander around the bay aimlessly as your vehicle sits there waiting and nothing gets done. Meanwhile there's another bay full of equipment to do the job but management doesn't schedule the employees to perform the functions. Horrible customer service! The girl at the register is ALWAYS so nasty and rude. ALWAYS has a nasty face on. Never smiles and is never friendly. Honestly it’s absolutely ridiculous. She even walks away from you as you’re saying excuse me and she is hearing you. And the time frame they give people is never by any means close to the time frame it would be.
