This place has gone down very quickly. The Mechanics that they have now just don't care from beginning to the end. They have a attitude like oh well it's not my vehicle. They can't even do a oil change right. They don't look at what weight of oil they are supposed to put in. It says it right on the cap. They put 10W 30 when they were supposed to put 5W 20 and then when I asked them to change the air filter also they came back later and said that they couldn't get to it because it was somewhere towards the bottom of the engin... read more

I don't know why they charged me $9 more than 3 months ago. They put the wrong sticker on me, it wasn't the correct one. I wonder: what if I had trusted that information?

Have you ever wondered what happened to the 2.0 GPA kids in highschool? The ones who sit at the back laughing and giggling instead of paying attention. Well, they end up working at Walmart auto care center. These people are so oblivious, zero awareness or sense of urgency. Customer service? Non existent. Avoid purchasing road hazard protection. They charge you extra fees when a warranty coverage is needed which turns out to be almost the same as buying a new tire. The staff even refused to honor Walmart warrant bought at another location. I had to show them the receipt and speak to their manager before they did any work. Very disappointed with their service.
