Came in for a simple rotation, they did it without problem. I go to get back in my truck and the head tech had gone through my back seat and had his own personal field day searching my truck. The reason I know this is because there was stuff pulled from my back seat to the front seat and set everywhere. Quite weird and disappointing, considering most people value their privacy. I recommend making sure you don’t leave anything small and valuable that could be easily overlooked if taken in your car.

Service was good. Only issue I had was, I bought tires and made an appointment online to have them installed. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told they were short staffed, and I would have to reschedule. So, appointments aren't prioritized, it's first come first serve.

I had a great experience with Walmart Tire Center in the Colony, Texas. Very good team and they have a good attitude to solve issues for my tire problem. The Manager is great.

This place has gone down very quickly. The Mechanics that they have now just don't care from beginning to the end. They have a attitude like oh well it's not my vehicle. They can't even do a oil change right. They don't look at what weight of oil they are supposed to put in. It says it right on the cap. They put 10W 30 when they were supposed to put 5W 20 and then when I asked them to change the air filter also they came back later and said that they couldn't get to it because it was somewhere towards the bottom of the engin... read more
