If I could leave a 0 I would the technicians aren’t knowledgeable they let me Sit for over 2 hours and wasn’t even greeted or acknowledged until a manager came about then I wait 30 minutes for one excuse on why they can’t change it after we get pass that I wait another 30 minutes for another excuse we get pass that and guess what happens? Another excuse and I finally just said forget it. I asked for the policy on why my tire can’t be change they provided some bs and I took it to another Walmart I had no problem at all. I actually went there Saturday early morning to get an oil change there was no line it was great I was in and out people were nice and the price for the oil change was very reasonable and they use synthetic and it is my neighborhood Walmart
