A tire change consumed more than 3 hours of my time, I write while I am still sitting waiting for the terrible service provided, so far 3h and 5 minutes since my arrival at the establishment. I would love to be able to rate this site from 0
If I could leave a 0 I would the technicians aren’t knowledgeable they let me Sit for over 2 hours and wasn’t even greeted or acknowledged until a manager came about then I wait 30 minutes for one excuse on why they can’t change it after we get pass that I wait another 30 minutes for another excuse we get pass that and guess what happens? Another excuse and I finally just said forget it. I asked for the policy on why my tire can’t be change they provided some bs and I took it to another Walmart I had no problem at all.
