Auto center is SO INCOMPETENT! They damaged my AWD. The receptionist on Sunday mornings sets the tone for the low class, low level of service you will receive. Then the auto technicians… let me stop… Very unprofessional. Slothful environment. I’m mad I came here initially for my tires to be replaced. They messed my vehicle up. Walmart this is poor, low class, very dismissive behavior from your staff. Very off putting. The void of professionalism. I digress. Stay away
Initially went to get my WARRANTIED battery changed, the person working on my car couldn’t even find the right battery to replace it with. It took 2 hours to change the battery. And because they don’t clean the shop floor, I got a screw in my tire. Then, when I came back the very next morning to get it patched per my membership they would not do it claiming it was in the side wall (it was in the middle of the tread) they said I needed a replacement tire. Absolutely terrible experience with Walmart Auto Care. Staff seemed untrained and unhelpful, and my car service was incomplete. They refused to rotate all my tires because of a “wheel lock” issue, even though another shop handled it just fine two months ago. I also tried to get an oil change, and they flat out said they couldn’t do it. Communication was poor, and the whole process felt disorganized. Definitely would not recommend—wasted time and money.
Most recent with Angel was very nice. He was kind and helpful. Millie went above and beyond big time in every way!
