What's the point in jumping through 500 hurdles in the app to set up the appointment, only to go there and find out they can't actually put the tires on? Absolute waste of time.
Great experience! Had awesome customer service from Stacy. She worked through a busy Saturday morning of customers and was helpful and joyful while doing it. Thanks again!
Super friendly but always late. Tire Install Appointment at 3pm not started until 4pm & still waiting. Can’t find associates when people needed in & out door.
June, in the auto parts department is very rude and condescending. He will not greet you or say anything welcoming rather use his finger and just keep pointing in the direction he wants you to park the car without answering any of your questions cannot believe people like this working customer service. Decided to go to a completely different store because of this interaction
