Came in to get my tire repaired after getting a flat (for FREE btw for Walmart plus members) and was told that it would be a significant wait because they only had one mechanic available. Mineth helped me come up with a solution that would fit my needs. She took the time to recommend that I could get my tire fixed and come back tomorrow morning to get it put on. I made a 1pm appointment for a tire installation and when I arrived, it took them thirty minutes to check me in because of whatever was going on with their system and was told they were going on a lunch break at the time they finally checked me in. I left and came back at 4pm after calling and being told it would be done at that time nd my vehicle was still just sitting untouched.
I have to commend Paul on his incredible professionalism and knowledge. As a first-time customer here, I had a lot of questions, and Paul answered them all promptly before my service even started. When I arrived, the app was having major system issues, and despite the massive volume of customers, the shop was extremely short-staffed—it was just Paul and another associate named Loretta. Absolutely horrible I don’t even know how they keep the auto department still running here. Doesn’t matter if you make an appointment you still will be here for hours and they could care less about your time. Take your business elsewhere. What a joke.
