I had my two front tires replaced this time. My wife and I have received great service at this location in the past. This time the service was subpar and price was ok. Employees were unfamiliar with the products they offered and they quoted a price that wasn't my final price. There was a constant rotating menagerie of employees who sought to shirk their responsibilities onto the next.

I’ve been multiple times and they’ve always had terrible customer service + mediocre results. The workers are always too busy goofing off to get anything done. I literally was asked to wait mid check-in so that they could chat and buy drinks. I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change. It took over 3 hours. It may save money going here but it sure is a waste of time.

Had a popped tire literally right down the street was able to get enough air in it to last a drive into their parking lot. Knowing this place is very busy I tried to make an appointment Through their app, which I downloaded. By default the closest appointment time was six days away. So I walked in and was told almost immediately after arriving that unless you have an appointment, they can’t help me.
