I've been calling for 20 minutes and no one answered the phone, absolutely pathetic, unprofessional, and annoying
I had arrived an hour early forgetting my appointment time for an oil change. I was helped within minutes of arriving, unlike other locations that make you wait 10-20 minutes before your acknowledged...Norfolk. I was told the cars who had appointments during that hour had already arrived and if a car got finished sooner, they would start my oil change. I was in and out in 45 minutes.
The price at Walmart Auto Care was hard to beat, but the wait dragged on forever. Efficient enough for a quick fix, but not exactly a spa day for my car. ⌛️
Came in to get my tire repaired after getting a flat (for FREE btw for Walmart plus members) and was told that it would be a significant wait because they only had one mechanic available. Mineth helped me come up with a solution that would fit my needs. She took the time to recommend that I could get my tire fixed and come back tomorrow morning to get it put on.
