Terrible edited 4 hours for an appt I had scheduled for 1:30 and didn’t leave til 5pm and didn’t offer no discounted service at all and then had to pay for my own oil at that this ridiculous I will never come back!
Setting an appointment does not matter , my vehicle didn't get seen until I was already there 2 hours after my arrival time
Save your time. had a scheduled appointment and was waiting in line when a walk-in customer who was behind me was taken ahead of me after repeatedly complaining to the employee at the desk. This resulted in me waiting an additional 20 minutes despite having an appointment. This has happened more than once. I purchased a tire online and set up an appointment to have it installed at the location where it was shipped to. The day of the appointment we used the App to check in, which allowed us to answer what color the car was, if the lug nuts were locked and the location of the tire to be replaced. After checking in through the app, we also spoke with an employee at the register to let them know the location of the tire to be replaced. The younger gentleman who originally checked us out assured us our tire replacement was for the both rear tires. When going to pick up the car and check out only both front tires were replaced. The older gentleman who helped us out was extremely combative and argumentative when we expressed our concern and frustration with the long wait and the wrong replacement of our tires.
