What is going on at Walmart Auto Care? Today I took my Kia Sorrento in for an oil and filter change. After waiting for my vehicle for two hours, a gentleman at the counter informed me that they were returning the vehicle to me because they could not remove the oil filter, it was over torqued. I have always had my oil changed at Kia facilities. I am going back to Kia to have my oil changed, hoping that these people at Walmart have not caused any mechanical damage.
So supposedly the store says the auto care center is supposed to open at 7. My wife and I have been standing here well over 45 mins. The door is locked, we can’t get any help and of course no one speaks a lick of English 🤦♂️🤦♂️..what has America greatest store come too when you can’t even get decent help!!! 0/10 do not recommend. If at all possible go to a different store
