Waited 20 minutes in my car for someone to attend and take my information for am oil change. No one came. I then got out of the car asking the lady at the front desk and other employees for someone to take my info. No one knew what was going on or where the person was to take my info. Waited about another 20 min for someone to attend. What a waste of my time!
