Worse place ever, they take more than 2 hours for an oil change Thais can’t be even acceptable. DO NOT GO THERE another thing I want to add is that they take other cars that where no even in line first because they where friends.
I wish I could give less than zero stars. I made an online appointment and arrived to find three cars ahead of me. I waited 20 minutes in my car for someone to come and get my information, but no one showed up. I finally got out of my car, and the person at the front desk told me I needed to park in spot number 2. The staff here is careless and unprofessional. I will not be coming back
your team needs better training, especially the lady on the counter. I love how im first in the line and she just continued to take care of her friends first. Literally stopped helping me to take care of 3 other people while leaving my battery on the counter just to say they don’t have it in stock and they cant tell me what store has it.
