Got a sidewall bubble, so easy peasy, popped off the tire, ran it over to Walmart, said I needed 1 tire put on. Dude said ok, it’ll be about 45 minutes. Keep in mind this was at 8 AM right when they opened. So I leave, and come back around 10:15 to pick up my ONE tire. Hasn’t been started. He goes out to check on it and comes back and tells me they’re starting it rn. 1 hour later and the old tire is still on the rim. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else.
Just waited around for 2 hours just to tell me they couldn't do my oil cause my dip stick is broke..
I looked online to see what time they open and close, close at 7 p.m., open at 7 a.m. I called at 6:45 p.m., called 3 times, no answer, called at 7 a.m., 2 times no answer, in the 3rd and 4th try, a lady in customer service answered and told rudely each time to try again after 8 a.m. and maybe somebody would answer then. The service here is a joke. They didn't read the notes stating our spare was on, so it took them longer because they had to undo their mess up. Then they proceeded to overcharge us (when we had already paid) because "our order was cancelled". We were notified when they were done with our vehicle that our order was cancelled, by them, after they put our tires on.
