Absolutely horrendous service! I called to see if I can do a walk in or if I should make an appointment for an oil change and they told me to just come in. I came in and they told me I needed to make an appointment so I came in for the appointment I made the following day, they told me I would have priority because I made an appointment and they started doing all the walk ins before me! At 5 minutes till 6 when they close at 7 refused to help me get a tire fixed. Like always walmart auto center trash trash trash. Thanks again for waisting my time.
Terrible service! Had made an appointment the prior day as their schedule was full. Showed up a few minutes early to be sure I was on time. My appointment was at 2:30 PM but my oil change didn't get done until nearly 5 PM. It took two and a half hours to do an oil change that was on their schedule. I didn't get any updates or explanation for what caused the excessive wait time. Kathy and Lonny we're amazing! Help me out in a tough situation installing a battery. Great customer service!
They stripped my oil drain plug, making it impossible to remove. Every time I went here, more problems arose. From stripped screws to missing bolts. Kathy at the desk was super kind and helpful, though. That being said, I will not be returning.
