I called prior to arrival to make sure the tires I needed were in stock. They had the tires in stock so I brought my car in for service. Unfortunately, upon arrival I couldn’t find anyone to check my car in. The young lady at the desk refused to help saying I would have to wait outside. There were multiple cars waiting outside with me and no one ever came out to check them in. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Avoid at all cost .This place is horrendous;techs walk around with no care in the world n the cashier is incompetent oh n the manager is a joke .You hv been warned .But if you want to wait all day for services then go right ahead

Took my car back because a professional tire place told me one of the tires were bad, took it back to Walmart they said it was just out of balance, not true still pulling to the left! They don't know what they're doing there now I'm stuck with one bad tire after spending hundreds for new ones
