I will literally go horseback before ever letting this place work on my vehicle again. This was the most horrible and unorganized experience I have ever had trying to get new tires… it seems like not one singular person in this department knows what they are doing. Literally go anywhere else but here.
I never ever get my service done here, this day I made the mistake of doing so, they dumped a lot I mean a lot of oil all over my engine components most important brand new alternator and its toast now started to short out shortly after. I'm so mad and they don't even take responsibility for any thing they do so it does not help filing a complaint, never ever go here
They somehow broke my passenger air vent and now I have to pay to have it replaced. I am very disappointed and annoyed with this place and will not return.
The price of the tire was ok but over an hour and a half for one tire with an appointment and 3+ techs is wild.
Wow! Honestly we hadn’t been in about a year due to poor customer service, but grace played a major part, and listening to the Holy Spirit, we decided to give them a try! Customer service was great! Oil change and headlight low beam was replaced in about 2hours, not bad for us! Especially because another Walmart auto couldn’t do the headlight but this team went over and beyond to get it done! Very respectful! Thank you and God Bless this team!
