Took me a few months and a flat to find out they installed a brand new tire on the wrong side where a new tire already was and now I had a flat because that tire was supposed to go on where the old tire was! And apparently my other new tire went in the trash!!! Let me be clear I will never ever visit Walmart auto again F Daphne or Fairhope!
I arrived at 3:30 did not leave until 7, got in my car realized the tire pressure light was on so I checked the air and realized he only put a little air in the tires
I got in there at 30 minutes before they were closing. Mackenzie was the service manager and he was very polite and went above and beyond to get me in and out with a valve stem fix. I was in an electric cart and because the Bay was about to close, he checked me out with my other groceries in the back, helped me out the door and set me on my way. He was very polite i'm helpful
My dad came in to get his oil changed on his Volkswagen, waited 1 1/2 hours and was told they didn’t have the socket for it… like… could you not fogure that out before making someone wait 90+ minutes???
I came here to get an oil change at 5:00 pm since they don’t close till 7 but got told they couldn’t do an oil change because they didn’t have time. Came here last time to get new tires and they told me they couldn’t order them. Went somewhere else and they got me tires in the next day.
