Rescheduled my appointment without telling me. I had taken a day off from work just to get my tire installation done.
1 and half hours to get an oil change. The employee clearly mentions that he has no intent of doing it and expects someone else to do it. Nobody there wants to do it, wth. I had an appointment there and had to go somewhere else too. Not coming to this location again. And they put wrong miles in the information sheet and invoice and deny to edit it.
I went in to get new tires and the “manager” was SUPER rude and like the other woman said the way he talked to me was dominant and dismissive. Seriously why is he the manager and why does he even work there. They need to let him go. After he put the tires on he didn’t put the hubcaps back and I saw he put them in my back seat where I had clothes and presents. When I told him he needs to put them back on he was like “well we’re closing so it’s gonna have to wait.” I will NEVER go there again because of him and needs to be loo... read more
