The guys at the desk didn't say a word to me and they charged me $10 for my old battery when I never even brought it in and then I asked why did you charge me for $10 then I asked if I bring my old battery back in will I get refunded didn't say a word then other than yes then proceeded to keep the doors locked so I couldn't leave had to go in the garage just to get someone's attention!!! Very unprofessional here!!!
I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, but David only made the appointment for an oil change (and didn’t tell me - this is the second time he’s provided poor service). When I came in for my 9:30 appointment, I left my car with the auto care center and when I returned at 10:15, they had not moved my car into the shop (I had been told the oil change would only take 30-45 minutes).
Work was terrible, they broke one of my tire pressure sensors, but when I call them they refuse to recognize. So if you go there, remember to check everything immediately after work and don’t leave without everything is clear.
The air in the front passenger-side tire was slowly leaking, so I tired to fix it twice using a tire repair kit, but it didn't work well. So, I purchased tires and asked them to replace both rear tires with new ones and move the two used rear tires to the front. I explained it to the mechanic twice, and he said he understood. However, a week later, the tire pressure warning light came on. When I checked, the front passenger-side tire was deflated again. The manager of this center told me he couldn’t put the tires on my car because he didn’t have a 1 inch socket. When his associate went into Walmart and grabbed a one inch socket, he said it wasn’t the right brand. I may be blonde but a socket is a socket. Besides Kevin, horrible customer service and I’m glad they didn’t take my tires off because I don’t trust them to count to four before they drive away.
