I went in to get new tires and the “manager” was SUPER rude and like the other woman said the way he talked to me was dominant and dismissive. Seriously why is he the manager and why does he even work there. They need to let him go. After he put the tires on he didn’t put the hubcaps back and I saw he put them in my back seat where I had clothes and presents. Had an appointment at 10 to get two tires put on And it took almost 2 hours Go somewhere else
I had an appointment scheduled in early December to have my tires changed. The shop rescheduled it for two weeks later, which was fine. After waiting, I then received an email saying my tires were refunded and that I would have to pick them up after January 1 with no explanation. At this point, nearly a month has passed since my original appointment, and communication has been extremely frustrating.
