They’ve saved me when they were about to close and my tire blew out a couple months ago and got me in and taken care of when no other tire place around the area would. Went in today for the second time and the mechanic and the receptionist were both very thoughtful and professional and would recommend this place over most tire shops around Madison thank you and personally can’t say anything negative about this place
1 and half hours to get an oil change. The employee clearly mentions that he has no intent of doing it and expects someone else to do it. Nobody there wants to do it, wth. I had an appointment there and had to go somewhere else too. Not coming to this location again. And they put wrong miles in the information sheet and invoice and deny to edit it. My car has 93k miles and this mechanic has the audacity to write 230k miles, what kind of people are even working here? Avoid this place at all costs.
Google seriously needs to allow zero-star ratings. After reading the other reviews, anyone who still chooses this Walmart for tire or automotive service is taking a HUGE gamble. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of not reading them first. I ordered four tires for a 1965 Plymouth Barracuda and scheduled a 2:00 p.m. appointment. Came here for a tire change. Took about an hour and a half, but the guys were super friendly and my tires ended up looking great. Thank you guys!
