Showed up for tire installation appointment and was told the lift won't fit the car. As the car is one of the most popular cars on the road for over a decade (and the same model they've worked on before), this doesn't seem credible. More likely used as an excuse to avoid working. Big waste of time for me but also shows an alarming lack of oversight by Walmart.
Booked an appointment for a 4:30 oil change, arrived about 10 minutes early, only for them to not start service my car until 6:15. It was done about 15 minutes later, but when I came to pick up, they didn’t even have my keys at the desk. Had to wait another 5 minutes for them to bring them in. No apologies, no offers for a discount. I’ve had this whole process done in less than 30 minutes at other Walmart Auto Centers.
Waited for 20 minutes in line to ask a question about getting new tires. Ended up just leaving because it looked like I would have to wait a lot longer. They simply don’t care about customers and they are just horrible.
Horrible experience AGAIN the first time was when I had my tires replaced I dropped my car off came back & they had broke all my rims & just parked the car as if they didn’t. They replaced them so I recently went for an oil change never again I had to go back on two separate occasions they left my tire pressure light on you can tell they have just anybody working bc that’s apart of an oil change. Understaffed and overbooked. No one answers the phone. Had two 7AM appointments and both times the doors weren't open until well after 7AM. Had new tires installed, but were out of balance. Went back to get them rebalanced and the result was worse. I will never return to this location for tires or any other automotive service. Stay away.
