They never answer the phone I understand you may be busy, but I’ve called like 10 days and you guys never answer the phone. I have to go up there to make an appointment to get a lousy oil change you’re hiring higher some folks at least pick up the phone and say we’re busy we can’t take any more cars right now say something
This 3 star rating is for Walmart’s auto/tire online service, not the staff. And maybe it’s partially my fault, but when your own employees tell you the website cannot be relied upon to know the correct tire size, then maybe eliminate that feature altogether? Maybe this tire center should have also double checked? Either way, verify the size yourself before ordering. Do not trust the website!
Great services
Fine oil change. $50 for high mileage. Did find that they didn’t put the arm that holds the hood so it doesn’t fall on you back in its place. So it just came down when I opened the hood to check the oil. Rude, how do you mess that up? You got it down from there so just put it back? It’s not that hard. Did take an hour for the oil change, than that it was fine.
