worst experience ever!! do not come to this walmarts auto shop. Had a dead battery in my car and had to have it jumped just so i could drive here for them to tell me it would take 5 HOURS for a battery change!! they then tried to still sell me a battery to take with me, not happening!! i took my business to jiffy lube 5mins down the road in Hutto where they had my battery changed in 15 minutes and had the best customer service!
I made an appointment on a Monday at 12:00 p.m. They made me wait until 7:17 p.m. To tell the bald guy with a Freddy Mercury mustache that they turned off the machine, to come tomorrow, that he won't serve me, and that's it. I see him from the window staring at me, looking at his watch, and telling his colleagues that they won't serve me anymore. El servicio del centro de servicios automotriz es el peor que se va a encontrar esas personas no están capacitadas para eso acaso ningún superior se da cuenta de las tantas quejas y malas opiniones pésimo en un simple cambio de aceite te dañan el carro y llantas nunca cambien después de 2 hora con tu vehículo te dicen que no pueden realizar el servicio
El servicio automotriz pésimo no saben trabajar y el señor gary sino hablas inglés perfecto te discrimina y ni te atienden y te dice que no hay nadie que hable español en toda la tienda fui a cambiar mis llantas y después de 6 horas me dieron el carro con varias piezas dañadas y la respuesta es que ellos no son mecánicos y que no la pueden arreglar la verdad nunca hagan nada ahi
Never have your tires changed there. They are not trained. They break your car parts due to poor handling. Afterwards, they don't pay you or fix what they broke. They discriminate against you because of your language. The worst service you could ever receive.
