Front desk could not give me an estimate on how much a change of tire was going to be with a warranty that I had purchase for it. They seem mad that I was asking for the price and had terrible customer service. Do your self a favor and do what I should of done from the begging, go to another tire shop for your vehicles need, there is a reason why they have a less than 3 star review

Had an appointment at 8am Yes, I was of minutes late. They were still able to check me in after two hours later. They decided to cancel my appointment that I had 8am Waited until 1 o’clock for two tires to be installed.

It took them 6 hours to put one new tire on my car! I checked my car in at 9:40am today and didn't leave until 3:45pm. When I arrived, Trey, the automotive clerk who checked my car in, told me it would take 1 or 2 hours. I had a screw in my tire and just wanted one new tire put on. I do NOT recommend this automotive center. I gave 3 stars because Jacey had excellent customer service skills.

Please don’t walk, run from this place! I had my car dropped off at 7:15am for 7:30am appointment called at 9:30 AM just for them to tell me that they were checking to see if they had the oil for the car or not. 2 hours after my car was already sitting there! The rep doesn’t know anything and wasn’t helpful at all!
