Went in for a simple oil change, did not get a call or text for 4 hours. When I called to check, they "did not have my vehicle," and I kept getting put on long hold times. Turns out because my husband booked through his app, it was not under my name (even though he booked the appointment with all of my information). Terrible stressful experience. Won't be returning.
The staff is competent, with excellent communication skills. However, the scheduled appointment was rendered ineffective due to a prolonged wait of five hours for the completion of my car oil change, tire rotation, and balance.
Was professional at check-in appointment and took an hour. Check-in and vehicle ready text notification. Price was reasonable for a radiator fluid exchange. $51 14 for a 2003 Lincoln towncar
Very disappeared not get the service after waiting more then four hours.
They make schedule to change oil and make you wait for hours, what is the point of scheduling!
