Very irresponsible staff and careless Tire installation. I would like to give minus rating, but google doesnt allow me. I ordered 4 new Goodyaer reliant tires on Tuesday and booked the installation appointment(one hour installation window appointment) on Friday. Great walmart auto round rock team took around 4 hours to install 4 tires even with a proper appointment. First, they never answer the phone. Therefore, I had to go in person to inquire about tires. They have these young men working that lack any customer service and communication skills. I had to tell the guy 4 times the tire size I was looking for because he couldn't multi-task (listen and type). When he finally finds the tires I ask if they can install them now. We called to ask how busy they were and were told they were open. It took 2 hours before they saw us because they said they had to service their appointments. Go somewhere else because they clearly lied to us
Had an oil change here and I noticed the following morning on my way to work that my car was leaking a lot of oil in my garage. Instead of going back, I went to a Kia dealership and they found that the Oil filter was installed incorrectly and possibly overfilled with the amount of oil they found in splash guard. After repeated attempts of using various degreasers, the oil stain persists in my garage.
Called and called with no answer so i drove down to see if they could fit me in for an oil change and werent even that busy around 5 to 5:30pm range and i live in hutto and they told me they couldnt get me in to service me, went all the way to taylor and they took care of me in less than 15 minutes. I would advise avoiding this place like the plague
