Checked in at 1205pm. Needed 1 tire replaced and an oil change. I've now been here for 3 hours and 40 min(and counting). The waiting room is identical to wilco jails holding area. 0/10 do not recommend. I will NEVER come back here.
They cancelled my service and didn’t even call or text me, complete trash.
Save yourself the trip and go to an actual oil change service location. It’s a circus in there.
Recently they have been doing a lot of good work. I had nothing but positive experience with them. Maybe a new management? But I'm very happy
Front desk could not give me an estimate on how much a change of tire was going to be with a warranty that I had purchase for it. They seem mad that I was asking for the price and had terrible customer service. Do your self a favor and do what I should of done from the begging, go to another tire shop for your vehicles need, there is a reason why they have a less than 3 star review
