They make schedule to change oil and make you wait for hours, what is the point of scheduling!
My mom had a tire issue and Don helped her out this morning. Was very kind and so very helpful. She and I were so grateful for his professionalism and customer service! 5 stars for Don!!
If I could I would give this place 0 stars. They are absolutely disgusting with their behavior and service. We had our car get a flat tire and we came here to replace all 4 tires. We ordered all 4 new tires that arrived the next day and the day after that we had an appointment for the installation. We called the morning of to ensure all the tires arrived. Checked in at 1205pm. Needed 1 tire replaced and an oil change. I've now been here for 3 hours and 40 min(and counting). The waiting room is identical to wilco jails holding area. 0/10 do not recommend. I will NEVER come back here.
They cancelled my service and didn’t even call or text me, complete trash.
