Got a lightbulb changed checking in at 2:52 pm it was almost 4:45 when we got to leave
7/17/25 I take my car to the service center, hoping to get all 4 tires balanced only. The manager of the department came out to write me up, upon me telling him what I want done, he proceeded to check out the tires, to make sure they are in good enough shape for the servicing to be done. This is great, this is what they are supposed to do although, he then begins to tell me I have a broken belt in two tires, tells me these tires are in very bad shape, and that with the wear on them along with the broken belts, that I should ... read more
Employees were out back smoking, staring at my wife and I while we were waiting. I finally went inside to get help, and two employees came and went in the auto center without helping me, even while I was standing at the register. A big sign of poor management! We left since we were getting no assistance and went to Hibdon's Tire Center instead, and received excellent service.
Nearly every time I've come here has been a negative experience. They put the tire in the wrong place, replace the wrong tire, and constantly refuse to patch easily patchable flats. One time they wouldn't even remove the drain plug from my oil pan because it required modest effort. Now they are refusing to honor FOUR lifetime rotation promises that they originally agreed to when I bought the tires in order to manipulate me into buying new tires. Extraordinarily dishonest. Do not trust these folks.
