Employees were out back smoking, staring at my wife and I while we were waiting. I finally went inside to get help, and two employees came and went in the auto center without helping me, even while I was standing at the register. A big sign of poor management! We left since we were getting no assistance and went to Hibdon's Tire Center instead, and received excellent service.
Nearly every time I've come here has been a negative experience. They put the tire in the wrong place, replace the wrong tire, and constantly refuse to patch easily patchable flats. One time they wouldn't even remove the drain plug from my oil pan because it required modest effort. Now they are refusing to honor FOUR lifetime rotation promises that they originally agreed to when I bought the tires in order to manipulate me into buying new tires. Extraordinarily dishonest. Do not trust these folks.
They need to communicate better with one another and with the customers. Plain and simple. And then when I went to go do the installation scheduled, come to find I couldn't do it because all 4 tires weren't there like I was told they were. Apparently, some point after the tires meant for me arrived, someone there sold 2 of them. How the freak that happened, I don't know, but it's annoying so I'm leaving this crap review. I'm tired of excuses.
Took my vehicle in to get the headlights replaced. Technician couldn't get the old headlight out, lol. He asked me "if I wanted to pull on it myself?". I declined. Headlights have been replaced before with no issue. No apology from technician for being unable to help. Good 'ol Wally World.
