Two hours waiting additional hour on the lift. Then we are told they cant repair the nail because it's too close to the sidewall. The nail is closer to the center than the side. Regardless that conversation could have been had when we pulled up and not three hours later. Just avoid this location.

They took me in right away and switched out my batteries for me at a price that was half compared to other automotive parts dealers like Firestone and advanced auto parts. They were Great !!

Came in an tried to get some tires, the rep noticed I was trying to get the wrong ones, which is on me. But he didn't quote me the same ones in the new size, and I wanted to get the longer lasting ones. They were just finishing up and now I've had to wait an extra 45 minutes for nothing. The biggest issue is I asked the guy before we moved forward that it was the same tire.

They dont answer the phone at any time. They are very very garbage about answering the phone. I went to another location becasue these people never answered and I called at different times of the day. Went to another location and they had to call this location for inventory AND THEY STILL DIDNT PICK UP. it's one thing when you can't answer a customer call but you wont even pick it up from another store? Incompetence to the max...management and staff
