Giving 5 stars to Amanda and Nick for customer service. Auto center stripped my oil drain plug a few months back and when i called yesterday they gave me no hassle at all to resolve the situation. Paid for it to get fixed same day. Thank you both!

Worst service ever.. 3 1/2 hours to get tires balanced and rotated.. Don’t use these clowns
Been trying to reach the auto center for 25 minutes. Departments pick and don't say anything, and when they finally say something they end up hanging up on you instead of transferring you.
*UPDATE 8/2025. STAINED MY TRUCK AFTER A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE, THIS STILL WONT COME OFF. I WAS OFFERED A FREE OIL CHANGE TO COMPENSATE. RUIN MORE PAINT? NO THANKS!! DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.. Apparently my review was erased. I went in for a simple oil change. When they finished, I had oil all over, my cloth seat, my steering wheel, middle console, and a grease mark on the front side of my truck that still will not come out. It's been over 6 months. AVOID THIS LOCATION.
