DO NOT PAY FOR THE ROAD HAZARD WARRANTY! They will not honor the road hazard warranty. The actual service was ok, other than the employees do not know the policies. I went in to get a tire replaced under the road hazard warranty that I had purchased when I bought the tires. When I pulled up to this Walmart I explained to the employee that I needed to get the tire replaced with the road hazard warranty, she told me that I would need to talk to them inside at the counter about that. Came on Wednesday to get 2 front tires replaced but when I arrived they told me that their bay were closed due to broken tork tool. Since they never informed me about it they did the job anyway. Now we are Friday and I am back at the shop because I have vibration in steering wheel and front seat when I drive over 60mph. I have to wait another 45mins since they are not willing to expedite the repair. Not a great experience at all.
Went to get my battery switched out that was under warranty. Cesar assisted me and I was in and out within 30mins. He was super kind and answered all my questions about battery life. It was such a pleasant experience. Thank you!
I’ve bought tires at a lot of different Walmarts over the years, but the customer service and help I got from Cesar at the Walmart tire center on Market Street was awesome! Cesar went out of his way to make sure that I got the right tires. I was able to correct some issues I had at another Walmart center. I would recommend anyone coming and having Cesar and his crew help them with tires.
Had a dead battery and the closest Walmart was San Tan Village. When I pulled up I was immediately greeted by Nick who was very efficient and knowledgeable about my car and battery. He informed me my battery was under warranty and that it would take about 15-20 minutes to get it switched out. I got a text 15 minutes later that my car was ready and with the help of Tristan and Cesar, I got checked out at no cost and back on the road with a brand new battery.
