All I asked the service techs to do was swap out my winter tires with the summer tires.. These guys broke all 4 of my tpms sensors, tried to charge me $132, but when I questioned how my sensors were mysteriously broken they said they wouldn’t charge me. They broke my tpms and didn’t install new ones at all. Clowns. Do not go here
Great prices and good staff to help you out. My vehicle takes an extra quarter and it only cost $4-6 extra. Definitely go to oil change spot from now on. Just make sure u set an appointment online.
Of 6 appointments, was turned around 3 for problems on their end. It's not that they do particularly "bad" work. It's just that the 50 percent chance a scheduled appointment will be honored is crazy stupid. I will personally NEVER book here again. Driving back home now because "the lifts got rained on" or some such nonsense.
Not only did they try to make a tired excuse that they couldn't put my car up on the lift, but they didn't even return my lug lock nut, so I'm out $25 for visiting this Walmart. So now I'm at a reputable tire shop and having to pay extra for them to fix my flat. Talk about a waste of my time, money, and patience. I'll never ask these people to touch my car again. absolutely destroyed my car getting a simple tire change. Strained in the Upper peninsula after immediately leaving Walmart 2 tanks of gas a castaphic false from them improperly jacking up my vehicle
