They were sold out of valviline syn and penzoil platinum. I told them twice to rotate my tires, and they didn't do it. They left grease on my console and door panel. They didn't reset the oil life or top of my windshield washer fluid.
I really appreciate the service manager for help with my tire this will helpful even when is close thanks so much I really appreciate.
The tire pressure was low and we were on a trip to Hot Springs. This was one of the few places that were open. The guy here was very kind to help us and even filled tires himself since I didn’t know how to operate that type of gauge
