Had Walmart put on 2 tires about a month ago. Had a flat on one of those tires. When I went to change the tire all 5 lugs were stripped and they locked up. Had to break all 5 lugs off and replace them. I will never let Walmart do anything to my car again. This was at the Albert Pike Walmart.

Slowest Fn tire techs I ever seen. You can tell they get paid by the hour cause they move like molasses. And God forbid you come in needing something simple like a tire valve stem and have to wait for 3 hours because those appts for full sets of tires are more important customers 😅 I'll never be back when I want to get a set now.

Had them try and replace headlight bulbs, they did not replace them but charged us for them, tried to remove grill to replace ( not how you replace the bulbs), now we are missing clips and screws, to which they responded “That must have been like that when you brought it in…”. Incompetent and dishonest.

I should have read the reviews! There was one car when I arrived for my appointment at 8 AM. They were in the middle of fixing that car’s flat and 2 1/2 hours later they were still working on my car to put on two tires…... left my rim popped out
