Purchased tires on Black Friday for my vehicle, made an appointment two weeks out for a Saturday at 6pm. They called me the morning of the appointment to tell me they aren’t even open until that time, they close at 4pm. ALSO they have no available appointments until Dec 27. So now I have to drive an hour down and an hour back to pickup my tires and hope I can get someone else to put them on asap. I am beyond pissed. Why did they wait until today to tell me??? Got my tires installed here a few months ago, told me it would take an hour and it ended up taking three. I’ve been trying to call for three days to set up an appointment for my tire rotation and every time I call I get put on hold for the vehicle service center, someone picks up the phone doesn’t say anything and then hangs up on me. Over half the people that work there seem to have the customer service skills of a pickle.

WOW ! CHRIS IS A WONDER!! HR did an amazing job hiring him. GIVE him a raise please !! IF not, it wouldn't surprise me if he looks for a lucrative avenue for his amazing skills! If you retain him he will keep that tire area making money if you don't give him a raise someone might snatch him and pay him a living wage. I say this because I've interacted with him 4 times.
