Wish I could give No Star Review! Making appointment on website useless because tech asked for all the information I already put on website. Garage didn't have oil requested. They wouldn't take oil from shelf without upcharge. Tech walked off twice during check in to help co worker. I drove off after waiting more than 15min. Incredible lacking customer service expectations 🤬
2 and a half hours just for 1 headlight installation. The manager on his phone for 2 hours. Got only 2 guys working outside even when I ask the manager he made no attempt to install it for me. He just said I'll be the next car after 2 hours of waiting. Never will come back here again.
Waited 25 mins for a worker to get to the auto area, just for them to tell us they don’t have any workers and can’t do our tires.

I spent almost 15 minutes at the register while five of the automotive crew were gathered around a car on the lift. I waved through the windows, and was acknowledged by a woman who later revealed herself to be a manager, and still, no one moved to help me. I left and came back. I timed my second wait. 26 minutes, while the "other" manager was apparently having a lot of trouble checking out the person before me. Never once did anyone apologize for the wait.
