Amazing experience. I had a blown out tire and the gentleman I spoke with (he said to call him the Native American gentleman), got me worked into the schedule ASAP. While my car was there, they checked out my other tires and found an industrial staple causing me to lose tire pressure. Both tires needed to be replaced. It cost me a total of $30 because I have Walmart+ and the gentleman that helped me went to bat for me to make sure that I didn't pay anything other than the mount and alignment. Took my tires in to get mounted and balanced after purchasing online at Walmart.com because they did not have them in stock in store. They tell me it will be another $50 a tire. What a joke. That's another $200. Wish they would have said that on the internet when ordering them. I would have gone to another store that had them in stock and was more reasonable for mounting and balancing.
I had an appointment to get tires and 20 minutes in they canceled it because they didn't have the right tool to take my lug nuts off. Said my lugs were swole and they wouldn't even give it a try and sent me away. Then they told me I would need to take it to another shop to have them take the lug nuts off. Then I have to purchase brand new ones and then I can bring my car back and have tires put on 🤣 So I went to the Walmart off 92nd and where I was in and out in 1 1/2 with no appointment. This Walmart Auto Center on 136th Ave in Westminster is hands-down the best I’ve ever been to. The customer service is exceptional — from the managers to the techs, everyone is helpful, reliable, and genuinely kind. I had new tires installed here, and the entire process was fast, clean, and stress-free. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find this level of professionalism and support in an auto center. Highly recommend!
