I had an appointment to get tires and 20 minutes in they canceled it because they didn't have the right tool to take my lug nuts off. Said my lugs were swole and they wouldn't even give it a try and sent me away. Then they told me I would need to take it to another shop to have them take the lug nuts off. This Walmart Auto Center on 136th Ave in Westminster is hands-down the best I’ve ever been to. The customer service is exceptional — from the managers to the techs, everyone is helpful, reliable, and genuinely kind. I had new tires installed here, and the entire process was fast, clean, and stress-free. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find this level of professionalism and support in an auto center. Highly recommend!
Went to go get tires changed. They made me wait 2 hours before telling me that they couldn't change them because a lug nut was missing. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else.
They had everything I was in need of at the location.
