We needed new tires while on a roadtrip. They made us wait 2 hours before they told us they don’t know how to take out the special lug nut even though we gave them the tool for it. We offered to do it ourselves but they wouldn’t let us. Terrible wouldn’t recommend. They’re incapable of simple tasks.
I drove 1 1/2 hours from Corbin trying to fix my wife’s tire. And I was refused service with 15 minutes left, before closing. I remember a time when people took pride in service, and actually cared about the people that pay their wages! I worked 12 hours today, and had to get it done. The lady in the service area told me.
