This location in broussard sucks. Every time I pull up the same black guy automatically says my rims are to big to work on. But I bought them from Walmart in abbeville and they put them on and I have road hazard. The little white guy was very helpful and the only one working. The others was just walking around ignoring people. So if u want better service go to the Walmart in abbeville or the one on pinhook. They need to do better on hiring and training . Cause bro

My oil filter housing was not screwed on all the way. The van lost most of the oil. The van takes 5 quarts. I put 4 and the check engine light was the only thing that saved us from burning the motor. Oil dip stick was bint and left out. Bad serice if not the worst service I have ever had from Walmart. I would not recommend Walmart for oil changes.

My oil dip stick was left on top of my front bumper, I saw it when I ask them to check my battery, which was supposed to be included with the package. I don't feel comfortable with there work. Would not ever go back and don't recommend to anyone.

I made an appointment days in advance to have 2 new tires installed. As recently as the morning-of, I got a text saying all is good and see you at 4pm. I get a call at 2pm saying that because their truck was late, even though they already have my tires, that my appt is cancelled because the tires didn't arrive 4 hours before the appt... but if I make a new appt online and show up at 4 they can do it at my normal appt time. I do so, show up 30 minutes early, right as the 3pm appt shows up 30 minutes late, and am told because ... read more
