I made an appointment days in advance to have 2 new tires installed. As recently as the morning-of, I got a text saying all is good and see you at 4pm. I get a call at 2pm saying that because their truck was late, even though they already have my tires, that my appt is cancelled because the tires didn't arrive 4 hours before the appt... but if I make a new appt online and show up at 4 they can do it at my normal appt time. Charles Folk at the Broussard, La location is WONDERFUL. The shop was so clean and tidy and Charles was so friendly and helpful.
Called to see if they were busy first, told not at all. They told me to pull up and someone would come to me. I pulled up and waited 5-10 minutes, no one came. Okay, maybe they don’t see me. Went inside, “they’re coming”. Waited another 5-10 minutes, nothing. An employee even walked a ways in front of my car, MADE EYE CONTACT WITH ME, then walked off. So I left. What’s wrong with yall lmao
